I think it all has to do with risk tolerance. There are some on one extreme where holding hands is as far as it will go and others where it's a no questions asked free for all. And there's a lot of room in between. I think the key is to make educated decisions for yourself based on what you're okay with. Who knows? Maybe the guy is on PrEP and is okay with the reduced risk for HIV and okay with the risks for other STDs.
