date in a supermarket

I'd chatted to this guy for a few weeks ...

And we met up for a date ... in a local (up market) supermarket !

He wasn't quite as cute as his profile facepic ... but he seemed nice enough ...

The only trouble was that we both seemed a bit tired ... and conversation dried up after about an hour ...

So I thought that it was time to call a halt to proceedings ... but he seemed a bit surprised !

Afterward we exchanged a couple of messages ... but neither of us suggested meeting up again ...
