I was in european ski resort recently ... and obviously had to visit the sauna complex attached to the local swimming pool ...
It never fails to amuse / impress me how comfortable europeans can be with nudity !
I was sitting in one of the saunas, and as the locals came in, they greeted each other and chatted away ... totally naked.
I just can't see it catching on in London !
