I was in one of the reliable gym steam rooms ... and pretty much as soon as I sat down the action started ...
Within two or three minutes I had shot my load - with a little help from an older guy beside me
It was quicker than I had planned - but when an opportunity presents itself, you just have to grab it !
Later on as I was getting dressed after my shower ... the older guy said to me "penalties were not required" ... which presumably had something to do with shooting ... but I'm not quite sure !
