after a few weeks away, it's always good to get home ... and enjoy the gym chain that i'm a member of !
the first couple of steam room visits that i made didn't produce any results ...
but on the third occasion i came up trumps (with a small T)
it wasn't the most exciting encounter ever (i seem to say that a lot recently) - but it was still enjoyable
good to be home.
